How Do I Return/Exchange an Item?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with original tags attached for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Email shopindigofire@gmail.com to initiate the return/exchange process. The email must include the first and last name you placed the order under, your order number, and the reason for your exchange or return.
We suggest that you return your items using a shipping service that provides tracking so you can be assured that your return was delivered to us.
We will refund the item price plus any applicable tax. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at shopindigofire@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, jewelry or intimates.
